1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Repair Services
All repair work is performed according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final invoices may differ from estimates if additional damage is discovered during disassembly.
3. Lifetime Warranty
Redemption Collision provides a lifetime warranty on all collision repair workmanship and paint finish for as long as you own the vehicle. This warranty covers:
- Structural repairs and frame alignment
- Paint application and color match
- Body filler and panel replacement
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from subsequent accidents
- Rust or corrosion not related to the repair
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper vehicle maintenance
4. Insurance Claims
We work with insurance companies as a service to our customers. We are not responsible for claim denials, coverage disputes, or payment delays by insurance providers.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless covered by insurance direct billing. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. A valid driver's license is required for vehicle pickup.
6. Vehicle Storage
Vehicles not picked up within 5 business days of completion notification may incur a daily storage fee of $25. After 30 days, vehicles may be disposed of according to Texas law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Redemption Collision's liability is limited to the cost of repair services performed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
